Our Meditative-Exercise classes are back after a brief hiatus caused by the Coronavirus Pandemic. This past Saturday (August 8), we met for a socially-distanced in-person class at beautiful Buchanan Park! These classes meet one time per month on the Second Saturday for about 90 minutes.
The first four classes are a focused study of mudras, or hand gestures.
The following classes devote in-depth study of the Five-Element Medical Form, the Congenital Form, and walking meditation.
In-person classes are socially distant, following all CDC recommended precautions for group meetings.
We had a wonderful turn-out, and loved seeing everyone again!
